Calendar Guidelines

• All patrol members can use the Calendar below to sign up for weekday duty shifts.
• Each patroller should choose 2 weekday shifts each month.
• Weekday opening time is 1:00 pm except MLK and Pres Day holidays: 10:00a -5:00p.  See schedule below for Christmas and New Year hours
• For Jan, Feb, Mar, if you work both Day and Evening shifts on a single day, it will count as both required weekday shifts for that month.  This is not valid for December. 
• If an evening shift already has 3 or more patrollers, look for shifts that have less than three and select one of those.
• This is important, 3 patrollers are the minimum required by management for an evening shift.

• If shifts are left insufficiently staffed, YOU MAY BE MOVED to where coverage is needed, so fill in shifts with less than 3 patrollers FIRST!

• DO NOT select two weekday duty shifts between Dec 1-12.  If you do so, and any shifts between Dec 15-31 do NOT HAVE AT LEAST 3 Patrollers, one of your shifts will be moved to fill in those understaffed shifts. 

• If you DO NOT select two duty shifts in December, without approval, you will be assigned to shifts if needed.
